Looks like the snow in Chicago is going to work out nicely for residents of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Because the severe weather prevented The Cleveland Orchestra from traveling to Chicago for a concert that was cancelled, the Orchestra now has an unexpected day in Ann Arbor tonight. In an email from Ana Papakhian, the Orchestra’s Director of Communications:
Several of the Orchestra’s musicians will be joining University of Michigan students and Ann Arbor residents tonight at a Classical Revolution chamber music jam session. Concertmaster William Preucil and Joshua Smith, principal flute, are planning to attend.
This unique opportunity for experiencing the Orchestra’s world-class musicians starts tonight at 6:30 pm at Silvio’s Pizza located at 715 N. University Street (a block from Hill Auditorium).
