I felt the same way, but visited Pittsburgh for an interview at Kaufmann’s around 10 years ago. I liked what I saw and decided the sports thing was an insanely stupid reason to ignore a nice place! I returned for a weekend visit a few months later. Ever since then, I visit the city for various events or if I need a quick getaway.

Oh, and I always bring a cooler and some ice bricks with me!
